The pandemic put Teo Gheorghiu back on the recording track and he immediately felt a need to share. Carried by this impulse, the concept of recording four albums inspired by folk music from all four corners of the earth was born. In the meantime, the first album DUENDE was awarded the prestigious Diapason d'Or, and the momentum created by this was pumped straight into the second album: ROOTS.

ROOTS is an exploration of personal and musical roots that will see the light of day in the intimate setting of River Recitals- join Teo on this journey to the East that promises to be as engaging as it is enchanting.
